International Yoga Festival
"Yoga is not merely for our bodies, but rather Yoga is for our bodies, minds, hearts and souls".
Rishikesh is the land of the sages and the yoga capital of the world. Activities here include Yoga, Havan, Spa, Ashram Tours and Aartis.
Yoga literally means “Union” – union of breath with the body, union of the mind with the muscles, and most importantly union of the self with the divine. Yoga is not a religion. It does not require you to believe in a certain God or chant certain mantras. Yoga is an ancient science which leads to health in the body, peace in the mind, joy in the heart, and liberation of the soul.
Connect with us on a journey of yoga & spirituality, next to River Ganges with our experienced yoga teacher. The ancient seers laid down four ways by which the practitioner can attain Samadhi or spiritual salvation, which is the ultimate goal of Yoga. We organize yoga classes on our guests request.
Guests are offered a guided tour of the Ashrams to generate an unmatched sense of satisfaction. It is a tested fact, that the time spent in an Ashram brings peace and solace to one's body, mind and soul and one leaves the Ashram being a totally rejuvenated person altogether.
